Where You Belong • Relationships & Community Matter

Bloom Into a New Year

At the beginning of 2020, I took a critical look at where I was in my career and where I wanted to be.  I realized that real estate is my true calling, and it was time to harness my passion for helping people by turning it into something more.  I was ready to create something of my own and build something from the ground up that would leave a legacy. It was time to start my own brokerage!  In March of 2020, I began working towards getting my Brokers license.

After finishing my Broker classes in September of 2021, I opened the doors to Bloom Realty, and this exciting new chapter began to blossom!  The housing market has seen a year like no other, and I couldn’t have asked for better circumstances to start my own company, but none of this would have been possible without my wonderful clients and the support of my friends and family!

As a lifelong resident of Seguin, my focus is helping the community and building relationships through genuine and mutual respect. I’m thankful for the sense of belonging that I feel from being a trusted advisor within the community because ensuring that my clients are well-informed is my top priority.  The most rewarding part of this business has always been the personal connection I feel with my clients, and I am so thankful for each of you!

So what’s next? Market forecasters are seeing signs that the housing boom will lose steam in 2022 if the workplace becomes less work-from-home friendly.  Going back into work could mean fewer buyers in smaller towns outside of larger cities.  However, older Millennials are hitting the first-time home-buying age of 30 (how is that even possible??). As one of the largest generations after Baby Boomers, Millennials will determine future market outlooks based on where they decide to set their roots. For now, however, as COVID continues to mutate and circle back around the housing market and economy will continue to change as needed. Unfortunately there is no way to know exactly what’s in store for 2022 and all we can do is work together to keep our community safe and healthy.

As I look back on the past two years, I am grateful for the positive forces all around!  Family, faith, and fantastic client relationships have helped me build a solid foundation to grow, and I look forward to all that 2022 will bring!

If you’d like to learn more about how the current market relates to your goals, or if you know of anyone who needs real estate advisement, I would be honored to help.
