About Krista Moreno
Bloom Realty…Where You Belong
A home is more than a roof and 4 walls. It’s a safe haven where memories are made and dreams are nurtured. The real estate journey is more than a transaction. It’s an investment in your financial future, and can be exciting and scary at the same time.
Our mission is simple:
- Work hard to earn trust
- Believe relationships matter
- Do more than expected
- Provide a service-centered real estate experience
With over 10 years experience, and as Broker/Owner of Bloom Realty, whether you are buying your first home or selling your last one, I will be there every step. I specialize in residential homes in Guadalupe County, with a focus on Seguin and surrounding areas. Over 95% of my business comes from referrals, friends and family, where I’ve built lasting relationships.
In addition to my real estate work, supporting the education community is dear to my heart, serving on the boards of Seguin Education Foundation and Communities in Schools. We actively support our educators through the Adopt-A-School program in Seguin ISD.
A lifelong Seguin resident, I am married to Ben Moreno. We have two adult children, who are both proud homeowners in Seguin, and two grandchildren who attend Seguin schools. For the past 25 years, we have owned and operated Diamond Air, a full-service residential air conditioning and heating company.
When you want a personal, service-centered approach to buying or selling a home in Seguin and surrounding areas, I would be honored and excited to help you find…where you belong!
